SECTION 21 – RETURNS DURING SALES PERIODS
During promotional sales, Sothenberg reserves the right to issue store credit vouchers instead of cash refunds for returned products. You still have the right to cancel your purchase within a 14-day withdrawal period if return conditions are met.
Your voucher will be sent to you via email within 14 days of us receiving your return.
